Questions from HR and L&D teams

Everything you need before bringing a proposal to your team.

We quote per lesson hour, based on the format (individual or group), the number of participants and whether lessons are online or on-site. Larger group formats and longer commitments bring the hourly cost per employee down. Every proposal is prepared individually and is free and non-binding.

We invoice the company monthly, in arrears, for the lessons delivered in that month, with a standard VAT invoice and a payment term agreed in the cooperation agreement. Reports of delivered hours are attached, so HR can reconcile the invoice line by line.

Groups usually work best with 2–6 participants at a similar level. We also run one-to-one lessons for management or for employees whose level or schedule does not match any group.

Both. We teach on-site at your office in the Tricity area and online anywhere in Poland. Many companies mix the two — on-site group lessons plus online individual lessons for remote or travelling employees.

Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are rescheduled or not charged, according to the terms in the agreement. Late cancellations and no-shows are treated as delivered, so the teacher's time is covered — the exact rule is agreed with you up front.

You receive regular reports with attendance, delivered hours and progress notes per participant or group, so you can measure the impact of the training and justify the budget.

Yes. Polish lessons are commonly financed from company training or benefit budgets, and many of our clients cover part of the cost while employees co-fund the rest. We can prepare the proposal in the format your finance team needs.

We work with short programmes of 10–30 hours as well as open-ended cooperation renewed each semester. Some partnerships, like GetResponse, have been running since 2018.

We are a team, not a single tutor. If a teacher is ill or leaves, we provide a replacement from our team and hand over the group's materials and progress notes so lessons continue without a gap.
