Our lessons are interactive and practical. We use Miro, where you'll have your own learning board with notes, vocabulary, exercises, and everything we work on together. You'll also get access to the e-Polish learning platform for extra practice between lessons. And if something comes up after class, you can always message us on WhatsApp.

You don't have to remember to contact us. We'll get in touch before your package ends, talk about your progress, and if you'd like to continue, we'll help you choose the next package. Simple as that.

Before first lesson from your package we will send you a receipt or an invoice. You can then pay by bank transfer or BLIK.

Yes. After completing your course, you'll receive a certificate confirming your participation and the number of completed learning hours.

We completely understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll arrange a new date together. To keep things fair and respect everyone's time, each package includes a few free reschedules: - 10-hour package – 1 lesson, - 20-hour package – 2 lessons, - 30-hour package – 3 lessons. Because we reserve this time especially for you, lessons cancelled less than 24 hours in advance count as completed. Thank you for understanding and helping us respect everyone's time.

We want you to learn at a comfortable pace while staying consistent. That's why each package has plenty of time to complete your lessons: - 10-hour package – valid for 3 months, - 20-hour package – valid for 6 months,  - 30-hour package – valid for 9 months.  If you're unsure which package is the best fit for your schedule, we'll be happy to help you choose during your free consultation.
